Terms and Conditions
All our irises purchased via our website are supplied as bare-rooted rhizomes and are freshly dug just prior to postage. We guarantee that every effort is made to dispatch healthy plants, true to name. Although we strive to deliver exactly to your order requirements, occasionally last-minute changes may be required due to stock unavailability and unforeseen circumstances. If we can’t supply a particular variety purchased, we will make contact and arrange either a substitution or refund.
Note: When your rhizomes are added to the shopping cart, they are not held. Rhizomes are not sold until the checkout process is complete, and payment is received. Other people may check out before you do, resulting in the items becoming unavailable.
Please purchase wisely as all sales are final. We do not accept change of mind or the cancellation of orders.
Our rhizomes are posted in a Sachel via Express post to the delivery address provided upon order confirmation. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery details provided.
Our postal orders are usually dispatched within 10 days of the order being received. A tracking number will be provided via email when available.
We post at the buyer’s risk and unfortunately, we are unable to be accountable for any lost parcels therefore a refund or replacement stock cannot be provided.
Alternative dispatch arrangements prior shipping can be made by contacting us.
Unfortunately, International shipping or postage to WA, NT, and TAS is not possible due to quarantine restrictions.
Annie’s Irises holds no responsibility for rhizomes post shipping. We are not responsible for the care and growing conditions of the rhizomes once they leave our premise.
All our photos on our website and Facebook page are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce any photos, content, or downloadable files without written permission by us, the owners of Annie’s Irises.
Our prices and stock availability are subject to change on any given day, at any given time.
